Those who knew me in HS/college/AF, know I was a "bit" chunkier. It wasn't until after my second baby that fitness and eating clean became a big part of my life. I've had 3 c-sections which resulted in 3 adorable and busy baby boys who are 7, 5, and 1. My husband is in the AF and can be called into work at any given time.

I've learned if I want to get a workout in to get up at 4:40 in the morning and get it done, because otherwise life happens. I lift heavy 4 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week. I try to eat 80-90% clean throughout the day. I usually treat myself to a little dark chocolate at night. =) I leave room for a "cheat" meal on the weekend, but I don't consider it "cheating" because it's part of the plan and it's good for me!

I was certified as an NASM personal trainer, but due to hubby's job, I let that expire. I'm still here for questions though, food or workout related. This page is here to help and inspire. So, let me know how I can help you!
