The underlying experience of Tora Sushi consists in 18yrs of culinary experience and personal expression under chefs such as Dan Uche, Diego Fernandez, Mark Valliani, Terry Barkley, Jun Kato, Kati Liu, Jon Tan, Fumi Nagase, Michael Rosenblum, Grant Perler and Master Koji Sakata. Nine years of that stems from sushi making and Japanese fusion cuisine. His sushi apprenticeship began at Jun in Prairie Village in 2003, Nara restaurant since it's opening as their Sous Chef for a period of time and sushi chef.
