This is my story....A girl's life long love affair with sweet treats and the fat that came along with it and loved her back just as much! I was on a constant weight loss journey, trying every fad diet that came along. I would lose the weight, feel amazing, and then gain it right back! I got tired of being on the weight loss roller coaster and with the help of an amazing guy, I started exercising regularly and eat clean wholesome foods. Along the way I realized I was allergic to soy and was lactose intolerant, not a fun combination. But I've made the best of it and I started cooking all of my own meals and creating delicious protein cake and brownie recipes that not only taste amazing, but contribute to my fat loss and muscle building goals. So far I have lost 17 pounds and I am not stopping there! I am committed to my health and never again will I hop back on that roller coaster.
