Description The St. Augustine Community Chorus is a mixed chorus comprised of local and regional singers. There are no audition requirements, and membership is open to all who enjoy singing sacred and secular choral music.

The chorus traditionally presents three concerts a year: a holiday program including portions of Handel’s Messiah and other seasonal music; a mid-season program of popular songs and show tunes; and a spring program featuring major choral works.

The concerts are held at the Cathedral Basilica, Ancient City Baptist Church, or St. Augustine High School Performing Arts Center, all in St. Augustine.

Support was provided by the Tourist Development Council of St. Johns County until recently. The Chorus is now funded entirely by ticket sales, membership dues, and donations.
