What is AikiFit? In short, it's a martial arts conditioning program.
Make no mistake, this isn't a cardio kickboxing class. This is genuine martial arts exercise combined with athletic strength conditioning. The result is an empowering, energizing hour of hard work that leaves you feeling as good as you look.
