1.Master Double Bedroom (with a 160cm x 200cm bed) with shower room ensuite.
2.Twin Room (with two 90cmx200cm beds) with shower room ensuite.
3.Bunk Bed Room (with two 90cmx200cm mattresses) Strong and sturdy enough to hold also adults. Use of the main bathroom adjacent to the room.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen leading onto the dining/lounge which has access to a large terrace measuring 22sqm ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning, outdoor furniture.
The apartment is served by a lift and situated on the second floor of a well kept small block of apartments. The layout is all set on one floor. The bedrooms are spacious and independent to the living area. It's bright and well lit and during the hotter summer months it still remains breezy and cool. Air-conditioned.

Guest Access

Spacious, lots of wardrobe space, extra linen available, (beds will be done on arrival) cot available at no extra charge, hair dryer, iron & board. The main bedroom and twin room are both fully Air- Conditioned/heating. The third bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan.
Bathroom & Showerooms:
Fresh cotton towels, bath mats provided.
Fridge/Freezer, electric oven & hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee pot, all dishes, cups, glasses for 6 persons, cooking knives, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.

Air-conditioning, 30 Mbs Free Wifi Internet, Dining table, Sofa, Desk, Television, Free cable TV.
Outdoor Terrace:
Plants, table and chairs, bench, awning.

I will be present at your arrival to welcome you and give you a full introduction to the apartment and information of the surrounding area. Should you require anything at any point during your stay I am available. Also live close by.

The Neighborhood

Ideal holiday location set in a lovely residential quiet and desired area yet only 220 meter walk to the main hub of St. Julian's with all the restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, night clubs, Spinola Bay, the Promenade, Casinos, supermarket, beach clubs and spas.

Getting Around

From Spinola bay one has access to the main bus routes which drive up to the sandy beaches and ferry boats to both Gozo and Comino, and to the Capital City Valletta.

Other Things to Note

A generous amount of 150 units of electricity supply per week, which is generally more than sufficient. When this amount is exceeded electricity will be charged at a rate of 0.35c per additional unit (1Kwh). Units over and above this allowance will need to be settled in cash prior to departure.

Minimum booking is 5 nights.

Price quoted is for up to 4 persons (Adults). Additional person:
Adult - 25euro per night (Additional person under 10 years of age Free). Max 6 persons in total.

A refundable deposit of 250euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday (method of payment either by paypal or credit card. It will be refunded after a maximum of 7 working days)

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace outside.
No parties or loud music
Kindly turn off all lights and Air Conditioning before leaving the apartment.
