Warrior Dash welcomes all athletic abilities to challenge themselves on the course and become a Warrior. It is an event for everyone, a day where participants get to challenge themselves, be active and get muddy. Warrior Dash is not your standard 5K race. Warrior Dash gives people the opportunity to express their inner Warrior. It’s the freedom to let loose, eat a turkey leg, get muddy and have a beer that makes you fall in love with Warrior Dash.

History by Year:
The inaugural Warrior Dash sold out in 2009, as participants welcomed this thrilling new event. Emails poured in for more events and a national tour was born. With more than 120,000 participants in 2010, more than half a million participants in 2011, nearly 600,000 in 2012, and a projected 600,000+ in 2013, Warrior Dash is The World’s Largest Obstacle Race Series.

The first Warrior Dash was held in the Midwest region, July of 2009 and sold out with 2,000 participants. There were ten locations on the 2010 schedule and 33 races for the 2011 season, including international events. The 2013 season will bring more than 50 events worldwide, including locations across the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy and Japan.
